Julie Monaghan - Family Therapies Services Manager
Julie joined Mosaic in 2016 and is our Family Therapy Services Manager. She has worked with children, young people and their families as a Counsellor, Play Therapist and Mental Health Worker. Julie loves spending time with her family, walking her Labrador dog, Hollie, in the New Forest and exploring the Dorset countryside.

Manuela Floyd - Administrator
Manuela became a member of the Mosaic team in August 2015.With her husband in the military they moved all over the place and have lived in some lovely places in the SW of England, Germany, Holland and Cyprus but have now settled in Dorset.
‘Having previously worked for the Defence Medical Welfare Service in Germany, another charitable organisation, it became apparent to me how much more rewarding it is to work for an organisation where your work can make a difference to someone.'
Sarah Justice - Administrator
Sarah was new to Mosaic in 2013 and has a mixed bag of work experience from the garment industry having travelled the world visiting factories from Shanghai to Colombia. She lives with her family and loves spending time exploring the outdoors, good coffee shops and renovating their first home and rambling garden.
'I feel very lucky to be working for such a great charity, founded and run by lovely people, it makes coming into work a pleasure and fulfilling making a difference to children's lives.'
Laura Stanley - Fundraiser
Laura joined the Mosaic office team, 20 hours a week, following maternity leave. She is a mum to 3 children, and away from work enjoys spending time with them and making the most of living in beautiful Dorset!
'We love spending time exploring new places as a family. I am excited to have joined Mosaic and look forward to helping the charity grow and continue to provide such an amazing service to families when they need it most.'
Phoebe Newton - Fundraising Assistant
Phoebe used Mosaic services when she was 14 after losing her younger brother. Now at 21 she has joined the Mosaic team. Having a fundraising background she's excited to focus all her energy into Mosaic.

Siân Haynes - Training and Development Co-ordinator
Siân joined the Mosaic team in April 2018 and has worked in a variety of training roles for over 25 years. She is a mum to two teenagers and outside of work is training to be a Counsellor, sings in a choir and enjoys getting out and about in the countryside with her children and dog.

Emily Chick - Training and Development Assistant
Family and friends are a hugely important part of Emily's life. Alongside working for Mosaic, she is studying for a degree in Psychology and Counselling with the Open University. Emily is a massive lover of music and in her spare time loves going to concerts but most often can be found with her nose in a good book!

Diana Lane - Finance Officer
Diana joined the team in October 2018 as our Finance Officer. After studying at Trent Polytechnic in Nottingham she worked in various roles before returning to Dorset where she completed her AAT qualification via distance learning.
'I am very pleased to have been given the opportunity to work for a local charity that provides wonderful, unique support to children and young people in Dorset. Working with such dedicated colleagues is inspiring'.
Marleen De Cleen - Administrator
Marleen initially started with Mosaic as a volunteer and has now joined the team as a part time administrator. She lives with her husband and loves nothing more than going for a bimble in her microlight or exploring warmer climes in her aging motorhome.

Counsellors and Support Workers
We also work with a brilliant team of over 20 fully trained Counsellors who live all over Dorset,. Together with our 5 volunteer Support Workers, they support our families through their time with Mosaic.
