Meet the Team

  • Margaret Hannibal MBE - CEO
    Margaret moved from London to Dorset 30 years ago and lives near Poole. She is married to David and has two children Sarah & Tim, two stepsons Robert and Simon and eight grandchildren.
    Margaret started her career in finance and has worked in education and the NHS. She has a diploma in Childhood Bereavement and has experience in supporting bereaved children and their families. Margaret was also awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours List at the start of 2015. 
    'Developing Mosaic has been challenging, demanding and exciting. As the chartiy continues to grow, so do the rewards and the success can be shared by everyone who has given their time and support to make it the established charity it is today'.
  • Julie Monaghan - Family Therapies Services Manager
    Julie joined Mosaic in 2016 and is our Family Therapy Services Manager.  She has worked with children, young people and their families as a Counsellor, Play Therapist and Mental Health Worker.  Julie loves spending time with her family, walking her Labrador dog, Hollie, in the New Forest and exploring the Dorset countryside.
    'I feel so incredibly blessed to be working with such a wonderful team of professionals at Mosaic who do such incredible work for bereaved children and their families across Dorset.'

  • Siân Haynes - Training and Development Co-ordinator
    Siân joined the Mosaic team in April 2018 and has worked in a variety of training roles for over 25 years. She is a mum to two teenagers and outside of work is training to be a Counsellor, sings in a choir and enjoys getting out and about in the countryside with her children and dog.
    “This is the first time I have worked for a charity and to be part of the fabulous team here at Mosaic is amazing. I am very lucky to be able to do the work I love and combine it with making such a difference to children’s lives.”

  • Manuela Floyd - Administrator 
    Manuela became a member of the Mosaic team in August 2015.With her husband in the military they moved all over the place and have lived in some lovely places in the SW of England, Germany, Holland and Cyprus but have now settled in Dorset.
    ‘Having previously worked for the Defence Medical Welfare Service in Germany, another charitable organisation, it became apparent to me how much more rewarding it is to work for an organisation where your work can make a difference to someone.' 

  • Sarah Justice - Administrator
    Sarah was new to Mosaic in 2013 and has a mixed bag of work experience from the garment industry having travelled the world visiting factories from Shanghai to Colombia.
    Sarah lives near Dorchester with her family and loves spending time exploring the outdoors, good coffee shops and renovating their first home and rambling garden.
    'I feel very lucky to be working for such a great charity, founded and run by lovely people, it makes coming into work a pleasure and fulfilling making a difference to children's lives.'

  • Laura Stanley - Fundraiser
    Laura joined the Mosaic office team, 20 hours a week, following maternity leave. She is a mum to 3 children, and away from work enjoys spending time with them and making the most of living in beautiful Dorset!
    'We love spending time exploring new places as a family. I am excited to have joined Mosaic and look forward to helping the charity grow and continue to provide such an amazing service to families when they need it most.'

  • Phoebe Newton - Fundraising Assistant 
    Phoebe used Mosaic services when she was 14 after losing her younger brother, now at 21 she has joined the Mosaic fundraising team. Having a fundraising background she's excited to focus all her energy into Mosaic.
    "I was lucky enough to have Mosaic help me through a hard time in my life, now I'm excited to return the favour and learn new things along the way"

  • Emily Chick - Training and Development Assistant
    My partner Chris, family and friends are a hugely important part of my life. I love scouring vintage markets for new projects for my furniture up-cycling business and am a huge music lover but most often I can be found with my nose in a good book!
    ‘I’m so passionate about helping others and as I’m studying for a degree in psychology and training to be a counsellor, Mosaic is the perfect place for me to help make a positive difference to someone’s life'.

  • Counsellors and Support Workers
    We also work with a brilliant team of over 20 fully trained counsellors who live all over Dorset, together with our 5 volunteer support workers, they support our families through their time with Mosaic.
